June Blog posts

Hello everyone! I know that I have not been the greatest at posting regularly, but I have discovered a few new tools to help this process. I have scheduled out blog posts. :)

With this, I can set themes for the month to keep on target. I love this. I have attempted this in the past, but I am attempting it again.

The theme for June is meditation. Lots of tips and tricks are coming on Wednesdays and Saturdays starting June 1. I love this idea.

I am also adding affirmations with self-reflection to be posted on Mondays.

Other themes that I am considering are Journaling, Goal-Setting, and Communication. If you would like to add a theme, let me know. I encourage engagement.
